A derivatives, gaming and regulatory lawyer, he was previously at Skadden, Arps and Lowenstein Sandler. He has advised gaming, prediction-market and digital-asset platforms, managed gaming licensing and advisory across the states and territories, and helped license and advise some of the largest prediction-market exchanges globally.

He is the sole member of Apparently Law PLLC. He also owns Apparently AI LLC, a separate company that makes an agentic coding editor for gaming and prediction-market startups. The software builds an app and pauses any change that raises a legal question, recording what it touched and the choice made. The firm gives legal advice only under its own engagement letter, and the two companies share no fees.
